This Model 1888 rifle is in excellent condition. It is one manufactured in 1891 with a minty new bore!!!
The exterior metal shows usage, but the stock and bore are excellent.
The stock has very few scattered scratches, and it has seen very little service.
The cartouche and firing proof are very sharp and clear. The stock has not been sanded. There is some color case on the underside of the block, and the
mechanics are excellent.
A VERY shootable rifle!!
