M84 Rifle, SN257794
This is an extremely nice 1884 production rifle that has seen little service. The stock
is in excellent condition and the metal has sgtrong color case and deep blue. The bore
is excellent with deep and shiny rifling. There are no pits or dark spots in the bore.,
However, at the muzzle one rifling land has some corrosion that goes into the bore about 3/16 of an inch..
The stock has not been
sanded or refinished, and the SWP/1884 cartouche and circled P are clear.
There is some color case on the block and the cieckle P is clearly seen.
